A family favorite for all the right reasons. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend BBQ. It’s fast, easy and has all of the elements of.. you guessed it! A taco!
- 1 pound of Hamburger
- Shredded mild cheddar cheese (put as little or as much as you like!)
- Avocado or guacamole (either work)
- 1-2 diced tomatoes
- Frito chips
- Sour cream
- Thousand Island dressing
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
First brown the hamburger and drain. Set aside. Next, cut up lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the cheese , tomato and avocado (if applicable). Lastly, add in the hamburger and thousand island dressing to taste. Toss salad to mix. Served topped with frito chips, sour cream and or guacamole (if applicable).
