Who knew you could combine milk and cookies with pie and have it taste so unbelievably good? This no-bake, so easy and so tasty recipe is perfect for any time. Especially when you have company coming and need to prepare a dessert the night before. Actually, better make two pies. It’s hard to just have one slice. 😉
- 1 (13 oz) package of crunchy chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 (9 oz ) ready made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz) container of cool whip
Dip each chocolate chip cookie in to the milk, briefly, then line the bottom of the pie crust, without overlapping. Once a layer of cookies is down, cover cookies with a layer of cool whip. Repeat this twice. Then top with one last layer of cool whip. Put in the fridge for 8 hours or over night (this part is hard lol).
